Thinking like a Designer can transform the way you deliver services to your clients, develop new products, optimise your back-end processes, define your business strategy, or the way you address emerging business challenges through innovative ideas.

Design and design thinking are poised to transform the 21st century economy like science and technology did in the last few decades.

Design Thinking

Time to think like a designer. Design thinking enables project teams and organisations to be creative and innovative. It is a simple method with amazing potential for anyone willing to learn, experiment and engage end-users or customers. Creativity is a process and great ideas do not fall from the sky. They develop over time. Design thinking helps organisations and teams to discover what is possible once you get past your comfort zone, to learn to fail fast, to iterate based on end-user feedback. Ultimately design thinking leads to innovative product or service development or improvements to existing offerings.

Design thinking represents my systematic approach to guide idea creation, problem solving and project execution to deliver business value and customer centric solutions. Using design thinking techniques I aim to integrate expertise beyond traditional project management methodologies in order to create a design-conducive and innovative environment.

Design is a method of problem solving. It is a state of mind. It is an approach to a problem. Design is so many things, executed in many different ways, but the objective is always the same to solve a problem or respond to an opportunity.

I help organisations develop a customer centric culture and service design capability through trainings, design thinking workshops, team building activities, developing tailored service design toolkit and design projects. Collaboration is at the heart of design thinking.

Design Thinking focuses on ‘learning by doing’ therefore it is crucial for all participants to be involved in all aspects of a workshop or a training – more interactions, drawings, discussions, than power point presentation slides.
